Nothing! The online registration is a rip off! I will be reporting you!

The rep would not help me with this the reservation. I had called and he said to register online to get the discount! I went on line and register and it did not ask me for the date!!! Instead it gave me a registration for 5 days later!!! The clerk said he could not help me because I went thru a third party! He was willing to charge me for the room, after they had charged my card!!! Meaning I would have to pay twice!!! I hate the experience I had!!!

Guy didn't even let us go into our room because wanted to make a deal about more money for kids that were not getting an extra bed but still wanted to keep my money and so dog never entered the building wanted dog fee refund and couldn't tell me why I couldn't get it refunded

Cleanliness

I rented a room here and after about an hour I was sitting on the bed and I guess he was a manager just walked into the room stood there telling me on how he was just looking to see if the room was empty and continued to apologize but still stand there staring at me. I felt really unsafe and uncomfortable. Do they not have a system or something that says a room is occupied?

Not clean, mirror, fridge, microwave, restroom floor, elevator, it was a disgusting and a disappointment. The receptionist was very kind and helpful always with a smiling face. That was the best part of our stay. 🥹🥹

As a frequent traveler I stay in various hotels in many different cities from high end to low end. I will say after reading some of the reviews I was a little on the edge about staying at this particular hotel so I decided that I would only book for a couple of nights and then move on to something different. Well I can honestly say that the negative reviews must have been from some disgruntled people because I have not encountered any bugs or roaches and the area is populated with people from all walks of life. The front desk clerks are extremely professional and the rooms are comfortable given the price point. I guess there are those that want Ritz Carlton accommodations on a 2-3 star budget. There are a number of different restaurant options and a mall within a couple minutes drive as well as Walmart and HEB grocery store. Public transportation just outside the door for those that need it.
