The location.

I would have liked an in-room instruction sheet for the shower. The temperature control handle has to be pulled out before turning it. No breakfast offered.

I thought the room was affordable i found out it was affordable because it has bed bugs

My room had bed bugs I requested a refund and was denied i was told because I booked it with booking.Com i had to take it up with booking.com Booking.com doesn't want to give me a refund I am very disappointed with this service and will never using l use it again
