I couldn't get in the pool because they have not had it cleaned. And that why I wanted a room there.

Nothing, they did not allow us to stay because we had my daughter dropped off to us and I only booked for 2 people, and they wanted to charge us an extra $50 which I was allowing them to charge my card for and informed the front desk that they needed to inform the customers on booking of all of their policies and there was blood on the sheets and some other kind of stains, I told the office guy and he said it was rust even if it was you shouldn't put that on a customers bed.
