While the pool wasn't working to my disappointment, the room was clean, nice, and comfortable. It met my expectations.

The description mentioned a pool. The confirmation stated a pool. The pool wasn't working, & I would say it has been awhile. I was looking forward to a swim. I could have gone elsewhere at the same price.
