No one was at the desk to check in, but all keys left out on the counter. Website stated breakfast included but only coffee and bananas available. Very rundown and dirty. Way overpriced for such low quality.

Room was large and clean.

The only way to lock the door was with a key (not electronic) deadbolt. The TV cable stations were very limited. There was no breakfast as stated on Booking.com. We had no hot water in the morning for showers, etc.

"Eloy Motel"

The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. There is no lighting or signage it is difficult to find the entrance at night.

"Exceeded our expectations"

Our trip put us in a little late. The front desk called and asked what time we would arrive and he ( the front desk ) waited for us until we got there. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and decor. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

The advertisement said Internet was available.

There was no Internet available. After I read the reviews, it hasn’t been available for years, but they still advertise it. False advertisement leads to dissatisfied customers and no return business.
