Americas Best Value Inn-Eloy Casa Grande

The owner was mean and very racist to us native people. She also accused us of being loud around 10:30 pm. We didn't check in until 5 minutes to 12 am.

Unprofessional and rude.

My family came to visit and they said they couldn't be visiting me.

It was close to the highway. I was about to just sleep in my car for the night but was able to book the room online.

I thought it was a bit high priced but it was my only option. The bed was kind of hard but I was so tired I slept fine.

The place can definitely use some TLC and a facelift. This is just what it says it is - an affordable motel. Once inside the room, it was obvious that the owner took the time to put in some really nice touches to balance out the lack of luxury. There were plenty of outlets, lamps that were bright enough to work with, accent flower vases and placemats, buckets for the towel presentation, nice toiletries, cushioned bar stools for the small table, and a *nice* and very clean frig and microwave. The wifi was unstable and quite slow, but there are two signs saying this outright in the office and the young man who checked me in stated the same. The floors were mopped clean and had no cracks or blemishes. Again, not cute cosmetically, but clean and includes the necessary things for a quick stay. When I checked in late in the day, there were simple sandwich cookies available on the breakfast shelf. For breakfast, the office had a box of bakery treats, coffee and fresh fruit available.

I would like to see better locks on the doors, as the location is right along the highway and a well-traveled road.
