The conditions were very poor! There were large cobwebs surrounding the window sill and frame, the shower curtain was moldy up to at least 12 inches from the bottom inside out, the dust was thick(I could write in it) and the mattress had a deep depression in it, causing it to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. Breakfast items(except for dry cereal) were gone, no milk, no syrup , no orange juice, only dry cereal by 8:30A.M.

The toilet seat was chipped, bathtub caulk bad, toilet paper roll wasn't new, toilet didn't work very well, room smelled of smoke, pillows were lumpy, even though the motel seemed relatively empty we were placed in a room below an occupied room where we heard people walking around until well after midnight.

While traveling we booked a room at a short notice and while this town has three Super 8's this one was priced quite a bit lower. That should have been the first clue. We had to wait a bit for someone to come to the counter to check us in, the hallway seemed musty, and there are very few plug-ins to charge phones, etc. The shower had good pressure and heat; however, the bed felt like it wanted to roll us to the middle. Breakfast was basic to be able to say it was offered, but not much else. If you need a cheap play to stay, this is perfect for you. I really hope they try more, because it could be a perfect spot when traveling through the area.

My first room (207) had: No tv No coffee No working faucet No working phone No ice or way to make ice My second room (205) had: No coffee No phone No freezer No ice maker for the building The staff was almost never at the front desk. I had to use my cell phone to try to contact the front desk because the room phones never worked and they seldom answered. Going to the front desk was almost a waste of time because normally no one was there, for almost 75% of the time. They ran out of cereal. They ran out of orange juice and apple juice. They had a little selection of a few donuts one day. That was all. One day. The breakfast bar was definitely subpar from other places I have stayed at and even considering other Super8 Motels. I was very unhappy staying there, but the second room supplied me with a bed and tv. I do feel it was definitely not a place I will ever stay again if I ever have to go through the experience of the first room again. Even the cables were disconnected from some of the electronic equipment in the first room. Why in the heck were they even trying to put a person in the room if nothing was ever arranged for a person to stay? The main person in-charges was the main problem. It was like it was just something she I guess had to deal with, but the second person was very nice and helpful. I tried to deal with the second female the most. She was courteous and helpful. The main manager was just not there was just barely going through motions.

We pre-booked/pre-paid our stay for Monday night leaving Tuesday. Upon arrival it took a half an hour before anyone came to the front desk to check in. There was a long line of customers also waiting. We called the phone multiple times with no answer. I walked down through the hallways to see if anyone was available to help. 8 or 9 rooms were being ‘cleaned’ but nobody was around. When we finally got to check in, they had already booked our room the night before to someone else. Mind you we had already paid for a 1 king bedroom, moved to a 2 queen. Our family member also booked a room and they gave her a room that was so unbelievably dirty they had to switch rooms. Apart from that, our non-smoking room smelt like smoke from the bedding. The top blanket had cigarette burn holes in multiple places.

Bed was fine, no housekeepers and advertised as breakfast only had raisin bran and a waffle maker.
