Super 8 by Wyndham Carroll

I can't believe this is a hotel chain! So much work needs to be done to be up to code. Cheapest stay in town, but for good reason. The 1 staff was kind, but breakfast was non-existant, Water leaks in the hallways and poorly patched holes in wall in the rooms. Would only stay here if desperate.

We canceled pur reservation do to the uncleanliness of the hotel. The minute you pull up to the hotel you see mattresses in the window and upon entering you see garabage in the hallways, no staff at the desk. I had to call to get someone to come help us at the front desk. This place is more of. Motel than hotel. Run down and disgusting.

Dark and uninviting when I first walked in and when I was finally waited on, there was not a heartfelt greeting.

Please don't stay here. It's dirty, unsafe and run down. They should not be in business.

What more do I need to say. Property is on it’s very last leg. Toilet did not flush. Small, cramped outdated rooms. The clothes hanging rack was coming out of the wall beside me ready to fall on my head. We had to use vacant rooms the next morning to relieve ourselves. Just plain awful

My stay was less than desirable. Though the cost was valued, the upkeep of the room and facilities were less than expected. Breakfast area was not supplied with the promised items, the manager(s) were no where to be found unless calling them and even that took more time than expected. A bright spot was the friendliness of the cleaning staff. She made our stay comfortable by offering extra towels and doing an awesome job on our room between days of our stay.

Clean room. Clean towels. Bed was comfortable Older property.

This one was the same price as the Days Inn, and due to state baseball. I was unable to stay at my normal hotel so I was forced to stay here. The property was dirty. It had the hallways covered in trash. It was dingy dark. The rooms were not working properly to get the key cards in and out, my lights will flicker whenever I would move in bed. I had to move the whole bed away from the wall just to get the lamp in. It’s not worth it for the money.

My stay went well, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else to stay here.

This is the original Super 8 in town. It used to be very nice, but now it is really run down. I requested a ground floor room, since my mother doesn’t do well with stairs. We got that, but I also requested a double Queen room, which we didn’t get. It was supposed to be the Handicapped Accessible room - but there is no way anyone in even a smaller wheelchair could get around in that room. The toilet was loose and rocked side to side when you sat on it, and there was no smoke detector. The base was there but the unit itself was gone. Only stayed one night and made other arrangements for the rest of our stay.
