Super 8 by Wyndham Carroll

I went to my room smell like mold . So i left check in at a defrent hotel the name hotel was day inn in Carroll , to me they alot of health related stuff wrong

Super-8 should be ashamed to have its name associated with this location.

Hallways were filthy, no towels in our room. TV cable box missing but was replaced. Almost no food for free breakfast. No juice. Room keys wouldn’t work in the morning. Owner walked dog and did not pooper scoop dogs waste. Not worthy of Super 8 franchise.

Location was the only feature acceptable. The smell of sewer backing up was horrible. Toilet bowl had a ring showing that it hadn't been clean in some time. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, a blood stain greeted me. If you're looking for some place to stay, please look somewhere else.

The filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in , not only filthy but unsafe , in its current condition it should not be allowed to operate

I thought I booked the other, more updated, Super 8 in the same town. I had booked a handicapped room (he has 2 prosthetic legs). It was apparently unavailable, although it seemed like there were not many other people staying. The phone system was not working, so even to check in we had to call a cell number and it took a long time for someone to come to the counter, and it was only about 5 pm. There was no free long distance and no free HBO like the sign said. Ice machine was not working. So disappointed in the breakfast available. When we checked in, there was a box of Casey’s donuts on that counter with one single donut in the box that was left from the morning. That same box was still there the next morning - no bread, muffins or anything else. No fruit or anything that I could eat (gluten free) There was an odor in the hallways and the carpets in the room were so disgusting there was no way one should walk on it with bare feet. Several of the outlets in the room did not work, which made it difficult to charge phones and watches. We would probably not stay here again.

Place smells like a family of pot heads lives here 24/7, staff annoyed when you check in. Dead bugs on the floor of my room. No breakfast at 6am at all and no one answers the phone to ask if any is coming. People roaming the hotel ALL Night long makes me believe this is a high traffic drug area. Generally the worst experience I've had at a hotel.

I tried to get the largest room available. I could only get a 2 queen with a roll out. When I got to the hotel to check in there was no one at the front desk. I called on the desk phone to zero as a sign directed. No answer. 2nd try, nothing. I yelled down the hall, again no response. I ended up calling Wyndham and they were able to get someone. They give me a room, key doesn't work. Battery is dying on the lock. I was told the truck to get it open and told to just deal with it. Get inside, no roll out. I was told they would bring it later which they did by 7:00. Beds were comfortable but that was the only positive. Breakfast was basically non-existent plus the area was so gross that we didn't try it. We got packed up and realized our suitcase was covering vomit that wasn't cleaned up. Overall terrible experience and do not recommend!

If you want dirty rooms stay there. The shower rug looked like it had blood on it. Someone tried to come into the room in the morning while I was in the shower. Good thing I had the chain on the door.

The overall quality of the hotel is awful. Stained carpets, cracked tiles that were missing pieces. Smelled off in the room, hair in the sink and drain, dented walls, holes in the chair, stained carpet, the tub was gross, and the tv did not work. I’m surprised the the ac unit even worked. 0/10
