Staff was nice and good location is all.

Shower had hair and didn't work, trash was still under the table, ac unit didnt work good. Room smelt bad. We didn't stay after seeing this. We got a refund and went somewhere else.

We reserved and paid in advance for a room with THREE beds, we did not receive that. We were notified at 9pm when we checked in that there were none even on the property. Everything was rundown and filthy, washer & dryer both out of order, whole first floor smelled of marijuana as well as our room was open to another room of someone who LIVED THERE - with wet towels laying at the door?! - until WE shut & locked the door on our side and notified the front desk? Graduation night in a college town…no open rooms anywhere to be had…2 parents, 2 adult sons over 6-1/2” tall. No options besides “You’re going to have to contact “Booking” and they’ll contact the front desk…” I asked if that would make the king size bed appear or help with the condition of the room? She said no luck, and there were no other rooms available either so each of my sons had adequate sleeping space. They folded everything down in my Jeep and slept there - which may have been the best option for all of us! Oh, and I received a whole $12 refund from Booking because the hotel never answered or contacted them back. I will never use either again!
