Very clean. Friendly staff.

The renters in the next room were very loud late into the night. Also had the TV on at 4:30 am, with the volume up loud.

Friendly staff and guests. The breakfast was the best! Beds were great! Our room "111 was quiet and perfect for sleeping. I liked being able to see my parked vehicle. If in Grand Rapids again, I will definitely stay here!

There was absolutely nothing that made us concerned.

"OK, stay during the week"

Control my own heat and coolness. Ice machine was working this time.

The beds were too soft, and the pillows were too puffy. Too bad the rooms doors don’t shut slower so they don’t slam. I heard it quite a bit as few people that were staying there.
