I M Hotel by Timberlake

Location.

Room smelled awful, towel rack fell off wall and metal bed frame stuck out two inches from edge of bed. These items were brought to the managers attention. It was their reaction that made me provide a negative review. All of these issues were their long before we arrived and blaming the guest before us was not the response I was looking for. I was not asking for a refund or a discount but there was something missing in the response I received. Hence my bad review. Even though they said their entire hotel is pet friendly why then do they provide the rundown rooms to the guests traveling with their pets.

The interactions with staff were good. The hotel and rooms seemed clean. The staff was very helpful in retrieving a forgotten item. It was a very convenient location for our stay.

The bed was too hard. The descriptor online had said there was a hot breakfast, so we expected more than do-it-yourself waffles or cold biscuits with gravy to choose from. The recliner in one of our rooms was very soiled and long past it's expiration date. The bathrooms were tiny.

Our room was very clean. We had every thing we needed at a great price.

The coffee in the morning was cold and the water was left over from the day before.

The cost and the spaceious room.

There was a lot of highway noise for a small town

Nice staff. Great breakfast, even included bacon instead of other facilities usual sausage.
