That they had a king size bed available

Toilet seat was broke. Bathroom door was very hard to close because it was scraping on the bottom of the floor. Outlets by the bed did not work. Their breakfast consisted of Cold cereal. People were doing drugs at the back door. My girl felt very unsafe. It was just old and run down

At first there were no lights in the room when you flipped the switch, manage came and blamed house keeping for using wrong switch. the lamp on the table with the charging ports also did not work. The bathroom door dragged on the floor and did not close very easy. there was a small puddle of urine between the toilet and the tub. We could hear snoring from the room next to us.

Kids enjoyed the pool. We were happy to have a microwave and fridge because we planned to not get restaurant meals and that made it easy, The coffee was good.

The room was not as clean as expected and the furniture was damaged/dingy. The room was very hot and with the AC on full it was still stuffy and hot if the blower wasn't active. We had the window open all night instead but I worried about it because there was no screen and it was raining. We found the sheets to be uncomfortable and brought our own in. The hallway and room had a strange smell. The staff was a bit rude and impatient in response to my question about pool hours as if he were anticipating an argument. At breakfast the apple juice was fermented and carbonated from being too old. It tasted like bad homebrewed wine. I let the attendant know because I thought he would not want anyone else to consume it. My kids were happy with orange juice. He tasted it and said nothing was wrong with it and that I was mistaken but replaced the juice in the pitcher with juice from a new bottle. I don't believe that he thought I was mistaken, I am sure he experienced the juice as being fermented as well but lied to me to save face which felt crappy.

The staff was nice and a great price.
