Did not stay, bumbs hanging out in parking lot. The only entrance to room's was in back of hotel and the door lock to hotel was broken and I didn't feel my vehicle was safe in parking area. I asked the girl working at the desk for a refund. She said I would have to get with manager after 9am the next day. I got a room at Ramada a mile away and will be disputing charge. Ps 9 am next day I was a hundred miles away.

We did not have the breakfast. So couldn't tell if it was good or not.

Nothing could've been better. It was beyond my expectations.

The price is way too high, you need to cut it

Old and outdated dirty feeling. Floors creaked and walls paper thin. Heater/air Was either too cold or too hot

Room 104 had tiny bugs on 1 of the beds. We told the manager and she was rude and said there are no bugs. I offered to take her to the room to show her and even show her our pics and she refused.

The people working there were very nice and helpful.

We were checked into a room that someone else had been staying in. There were personal items all over including questionable things like a syringe by the bed and razor blades. 😬 When we moved to another room next door to it, we just didn’t feel very confident about the safety or anything. The room we were moved to hadn’t been cleaned well and still contained some misc items from a previous guest, but at least the soap hadn’t been used. Just wasn’t a great experience. We had to stay here because we got caught in the snow with 3 dogs and they were the only place that would take us. Just really was a let down.

The whole front lobby and hallway leading tonour room smelled of smoke. Mostly majuaruna smoke to be exact which was coming from the staff desk area
