The rooms were average on par for super eight I would say the biggest take away was lack of service facilities, like ice machine, and vending machines. Another take away is that it didn’t have any type of breakfast bar But it advertises it on third-party sites. Stop advertising breakfast if you clearly don’t provide it in order to grab customers

Booked a year in advance for solar eclipse viewing availability and owner let us remain on the property to view from their hotel pavilion after checkout.

Hotel lists a pool and breakfast on website. Upon arrival we were given a granola bar and pool was filled in with concrete. Facility is poorly maintained and unkept. After booking our rooms out a year in advance ( I knew the rooms would sell out fast closer to eclipse day) Was told our three rooms would be cancelled two days before our arrival due to a "water leak" and was told to secure a reservation elsewhere. Everything was booked! After some frantic calls to customer service I was informed our bookings would be confirmed on the MORNING of our check in. Never been soo stressed!

Good price, and nice location. Two owners were nice enough

I can't possibly sum it up in the 3 sentences, let's say they do the absolute minimum, sink hole in parking lot, minimal work into cleaning or upkeeping! No stopper for the tub to even give toddler a bath. Alot of work is needed to bring this place up! And needs a good actual clean, the grout around toilet was stained with pee, which would easily clean up with bleach! Dust along the outline of room, bed slopped down when you sat on the right side... decent price is literally one of the only things!

It’s very acceptable compared to other hotels close to it.

Entire facility was not clean, was worn out and filthy, The bathtub was so scummy that I refused to take a bath in it, sheets were stained, countertop at sink was loose, no wake-up call service, towels had a pungent odor to them, took a good 15 minutes to get someone to the front desk for check in.

Location, value , have stayed here before the staff

The room we were first given the heater didn’t work, but they moved us to another room and it was very comfortable

truly felt like an honored guest being welcomed into a world class hotel, handle with loving care by a true gentleman, a hidden gem in Kennett Missouri highly recommend 5 out of 5 stars for me, looking forward to next visit
