The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly.

The breakfast area is very small and the breakfast is not good.

Location is good because you have stores around you We do like staying here cause we come here a lot

Needs to be maintained better Air conditioners are dirty. I always have to clean them out and carpet are nasty when you get black feet. TV is bad has lines in it where it throws off the channels trying to watch a certain channel to look for something you can’t find it because it’s messed up Tub is a safety hazard

The cleaning staff was very rude, they acted like they were doing me a favor, when I paid my money, the front desk lady she was very rude, I told her the bathroom window was broke no one came to fix it, roaches was bad, they did not switch my room I will never recommend anyone to stay here

Window in the bathroom was broken, the glass was able to be pushed out and the window lock did not work

The bathroom shower flooded the bathroom twice the drain needs to be clean all the metal grab bars were rusted the floors were dirty and the beds must have been in there for 30 years there was no support just full of big dips and bumps when you leave them
