The Tv was not working for 2 days, and breakfast was bad

Price was good. Location met our needs, bed was comfy enough, Shower - hot water and pressure were decent. Staff was decent. Wasn't expecting the Hilton so wasn't surprised with what it was.

The tile floors were definitely not clean, this is my biggest complaint. After a long day in my shoes just want to be in my socks. Time for sleep and the socks were filthy and that was everyday. So not cleaned properly. Even seen the staff "clean" one which entailed a spray bottle and a towel on at swiffer type device. As a canadian i think our hotel breakfasts are just king. This lacked, but it was something. Cereal, toast, yogurt and packaged pastry. I think there were bananas as well. Just use to better

Rooms were full of mold, bedsheets and couch were disgustingly dirty. Wouldn’t not stay the night even if it was free.

No safety box, TV is hard to use, wifi always disconnect, key card always stop working, pillow is too small & worn-out.

At 5 AM the next morning, the manager knocked on my door and told me I had to leave because, according to her, I wasn’t supposed to be in that room and hadn’t checked into it. I explained that this was the exact room the receptionist assigned to me at check-in and the key I was given opened that door. On top of that, they failed to disclose that roof repairs were being done. Because of this, several nails ended up in my rental car’s tires, and I had to pay to get them fixed. The staff was also extremely rude. I requested housekeeping, and they never cleaned the room. When I asked for clean towels, they told me I should’ve asked before 11 AM because they had already done the day’s laundry, and I would need to turn in my towels early for them to be washed and returned. Because of all this, I didn’t finish my eight-day stay. After the third night, I checked out and moved to a different hotel.
