Everything. Staff was rude. I paid for a jacuzzi room. I was told it didn't work when I arrived. There was no water at the hotel when we arrived. There were holes in the wall. The room was dirty

Location

Had to have the clerk open my door the first night, 3 times as the key card wasn't programmed. The carpet needs cleaned, but would probably rip up more. I had a blood stained flat sheet on the bed.
