Desk man was rude. Charged for my support animal. The support animal is very quite and well mannered and there was no issues but he refused to acknowledge my certification papers.

This place is so gross. It was so dirty, hair all over I the floor and in the bathroom. The sheets were dirty. The lights in room didn’t work.
