Door key didn’t work and shower handle sprayed water out of the shower

Check in went well. They even upgraded my room from a queen to a king! But then I was quite put off by the owner requesting a "tip" for checking my dog in! If you need more money, raise your rates. Don't ask for demeaning tips for simply doing your job! Guest laundry did a great job. Door keys did not work properly and required several minutes of fussing about every time we tried to use them. Owner/manager said we simply were not doing it properly, but would not come the few steps to the room to show us the "proper" procedure. In summery, fair room at a fair price, but client service could be improved.

One thing was there was no soap available at the sink for hand washing. You had to go into the tub/shower room and use bottle of body wash. We asked at the desk about soap, and were told they didn’t have any!

Checking in outside..it was cold and we had to stand outside doing transactions through the window

The night check in clerk was great. The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

I would have preferred a room of the road, but hey we came in late and it was what is was!

No water in the shower. No coffee in the office.

Nasty. Wouldn’t recommend unless you hate cleanliness.
