"Do not recommend!"

Easy to.book online for stay within hours of our check-in.. it's convenient to the interstate. Microwave was clean and functional. The heater worked well.

Many stains on dirty looking carpet. Many stains on sheets. Mattress was very soft and saggy. Dead flies in the window. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. No toilet roll holder! No breakfast as advertised, only small cups of coffee, packaged sweet rolls, juice, cereal and milk.

If you want clean, keep looking. You get what you pay for and I got a whole night of worrying about how I couldn’t step on the carpet without shoes on. If I could give zero stars for cleanliness, I would.

Property is being used as long term housing and it appeared maybe 1/3 of rooms were being used that way. My room wasn’t filthy but needed paint. Biggest thing was no hot water so no shower. Sink filled with water while brushing my teeth and took a long time to drain. I turned on the heater and 30 seconds later the smoke alarm was going off! Had to shut down the heater to make it stop. Checked out after 1 night instead of 3 and they refused to communicate with Xpedia and so denied my refund. Unsat in every aspect.
