Super 8 by Wyndham Centerville-Richmond

The desk person was Ceres to refund my money due to the low quality of the room.

The room had A bad smell and a stained carpet

Comfortable bed. Nothing else

Shower plumbing installed incorrectly ( loose in wall), no instructions on tv ; no towels provided ; had to ask for clean ones ; only got them one day of a 3 day stay; basically no room service ; used washcloth hanging from shower rod.

Location good for not far from the highway, very limited food options though.

Some hair in the tub, so not as clean as it should have been.

They advertise room service every day but that’s not true. Stayed there for a week and received room service only on the third day. Stayed at a lot of Super 8 motel, this one was the worst, and looked nothing like a normal Motel 8. Carpet in room was disgusting and the bed always felt wet like the linen hadn’t been dried all the way. Left a fan blowing on it the whole week but the moisture feeling never went away. Will never stay there again.

Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, older motel, but good value for the money

Clean,green area the a/c was on and room was lovely and cool. Front desk staff was very kind and professional after a credit card glitch. The breakfast was continental and nicely presented. The bed was super comfortable and decor pleasant. Great rest

I can put my bike in my room here and for me Is very important

A Billboard advertised $44. and the check in person stated those 2 rooms were taken and I mentioned it appeared to be fraudulent. I checked into the room. And someone was there with their belongings. During checkout, that person was rude and accused me of arguing with him. He said a manager would call back but nobody did.
