Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield/Battlefield

Gentlemen photocopied my credit card and threatened to refuse me service if I didn't allow it. Also charged a $150 deposit. Was terrible

Drop the room deposit. The place ain’t that nice.

This facility was ok for sleeping and base for going places. Very bare bones.

It was okay but not great

Super dirty and outdated rooms. It smelt like a smoking hotel and overall felt dirty.

Dirty, outlets in room didn’t work, outlet covers missing, room carpet very dirty, stained, coffee pot was covered in grime so I could not use it. Advertise breakfast but there was none. Front desk clerk rude. Should be taken off Travelocity. The whole place smelled like smoke-even or non smoking room.

The sink was dirty look like it hadn’t been cleaned . The ice machine didn’t work. I had traveled 10 hours and needed to take a bath and could not the tub did not stop up to take a bath . The flat sheet had cigarette burns the fitter sheet was dirty. I really felt unsafe on this floor that I put a chair at the door. The attendant was very rude . I wasn’t aware of 100 dollar deposit what if I didn’t have it . She gave me a hard time with taking my passport said I needed a I. D . Or a driver license when a passport is behind identification.

It was bad. No outlet to plug phone into, except near the sink. Nowhere near the bed

Room was not cleaned good at all and lobby was just disgusting

The woman that checked me in was very rude and hateful. They say they are pet friendly but didnt bother to say there is an additional charge for your pet. Couldn't take a shower as they ran out of or didn't have hot water in the shower.
