Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield/Battlefield

Was required to gove $100.00 in cash while checking in to ensure I didn't have anyone in room or pets. This was not listed when reservation was made. Clerk was rude. Room smelled like smoke and notified clerk that O was not smoking. When checking out, clerk said bye and I said no until I get my deposit back. Would not recommend this hotel.

They wouldn’t let my son stay there, I made the reservation from Oregon and my account was charged but he didn’t get to stay cause he didn’t have the card to swip..... I need my refund please

We checked out 2 hours after arrival, after having a flat tire from debris on motel parking lot.. We entered rooms and discovered they were not clean...hair in tub, hair on beds, burn marks on blankets, carpet filthy, tables were dirty...With COVID spreading around country, extra measures should have been take to clean and sanitize rooms thoroughly!!!! This was a very unpleasant and expensive experience....

The room a good size. Easy check in and social distancing was encouraged. Friendly staff. Disappointed that there was no refrigerator! I am diabetic and my insulin needs refrigeration. The carpet needs a good cleaning.

The person at the front desk was not friendly at all. He didn't bother to tell me about the $100 incidental fee until i signed the receipt. The toilet leaked and the room was not situated properly, hard to find a plug in near the bed. But at least the bed was comfortable.

Room was not clean. Found pills on the floor and cobwebs in the corners. Bathroom was old and run down.

They charged us for 2 rooms and I already paid you and I told them that.... and they said - no …. we won't - but they did. I need my 2 rooms refunded.

Traveling back home from Texas. Stopped in Springfield to rest for the night. Room smelled of smoke, floors weren’t clean, shower curtain falling, hairs on the pillows.

At checkin the lady was sooo rude, she likes to argue, always be sure to check your charges before you sign anything To the point she called us stupid, she better be glad I didn’t hear her

THE ROOM WAS FILTHY, BED SHEETS HAD HOLES IN THEM. THE PILLOWS WERE NASTY AND STUNK. WE SLEPT ON TOP OFF THE BED SPREAD DID USE PILLOWS. WAS THE WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED IN. THE WORST THE TOWELS WERE DIRTY, NO WASH CLOTHS AT ALL. THE BATHROOM CEILING WAS STAINED FROM A FLOOD I ASSUME WALL PAPER COMING OFF THE WALLS IN THE BATHROOM TUB WAS NASTY SUM IT UP. WE DIDN'T SHOWER, SLEPT ON TOP OF THE BED SPREAD. DIDN'T SLEEP HARDLY AT ALL. SO WE THREW OUT $80.00 FOR 1 NIGHT OF HORRIBLE.
