No elevator. One ice machine

Room appeared clean but had a funny odor!

It was a place to sleep. Stale cigarette smell was not great but not too bad. Cleaning could be better. We decided to skip the breakfast but there is a great restaurant, MV's, in walking distance.

The smell in the hotel was so bad that we walked in the room and walked right back out and left. The entire hotel smelled badly but the room reeked of mildew. That is the first time I’ve ever had to do that on a trip.

Dreadful. The toilet didn’t work; it never flushed. Disgustingly dirty and smelly rooms. The comforters were stained and nasty. I ripped them off and threw them on the floor. Opened the coffee maker and it was disgusting as well. Continental breakfast was 2 types of cereal and a loaf of bread to make toast. Microwave didn’t work, Ice machine was out of order, and the waffle maker was broken. A bucket sat in the middle of the eating area because water was dripping continuously... between two light fixtures. Run. Dear Jesus, run away.

Fair price for the property. Nothing fancy, older dated building. Friendly staff, common areas and outside were clean. We stayed for a softball tournament!

This is a place to lay your head at best. Towels and washcloths had stains on them, sheets are the same, low lighting in room, neither 1st floor or 2nd floor ice machines worked. Anyone can walk in the back door, the card reader was broken...breakfast you had a choice of cereal, oatmeal (Make it yourself in the microwave) or toast...nothing else. Check in was extremely slow considering we paid on line so other than showing an ID, not sure why it would take over 10 minutes to check in. This is a 2 story building, and no elevator, so if you have a lot or luggage, you are going to be taking several trips up and down the steps. If you need a place to stay for one night that's fairly cheap this is OK, but any longer I would suggest to go elsewhere.

I was skeptical when I read some of the disturbing reviews. However upon our arrival my mind was put to ease. Sure, it is an older hotel however, it has been maintained over time. Our room was clean and comfy the beds were comfortable however, the pillow was a little flat for my liking. The hotel is located around a neighborhood in a very good area. I would definitely stay here again. We were staying here for a baseball tournament along with many other teams that were playing.

The hotel is dirty. It smells like cigarette smoke everywhere—even in the nonsmoking rooms. Pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t come back.
