Super 8 by Wyndham Olney

We’ve stayed several times for softball tournaments. Nothing fancy, but clean rooms and friendly employees! We will be back!

The first room they gave us smelled so bad I would not stay there if I had to use that room. The halls smelled.

The cleanliness of the room was fair. The hotel smelled of smoke which was very unpleasant. The reservoir tank on the commode would not fill; we had to physically fill it each time it was flushed. The stopper in the sink would not work for the water to drain. Overall the experience was not good. We were there for a family funeral and did not ask to be moved because my husband is disabled and had to have a ground floor room. We had been given the last ground floor, We will not stay at this facility in the future.

We booked a room at a super 8 through Expedia and showed up at 6 pm to check in. There was no one working at the motel to check us in. After waiting two hours we had to find another place to stay. Super 8 refused to refund the hotel charge of 78.80. Super8 said to take it up with Expedia who told me to take it up with Super8. I will never stay at a super8 hotel again and recommend anyone reading this do the same

When I arrived to check in there was no one there except for a gentleman that had been waiting for 1 hour to check in. After one hour still no one there to check me in. No one answered the phone either. Had to find another place to stay which was hard to find.

The Manger was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Paid 120$ for a room that didn't even have a TV in it . Had late check out but was told we had to be out by 10 or we was being charged another night

Saturday morning i came down at 6:15 am for breakfast and the door was locked. I went back to my room and called the desk.after a few minutes the desk answered. I asked about breakfast and was told it started at 6:30 not at 6:00. When i went back down at 6:30 the coffee was cold. I told the night clerk and he stated that it was made a couple of hours earlier. He also stated every thing was put away.He made some coffee but there no waffle mix to make waffles. There no honey buns. So i took my coffee back to my roon.got dressed and started to go out for breakfast. As i was passing through office the clerk said he could bring out some honey buns if i wanted some. I told him i was going out for breakfast. Night clerk was never available. When he was it took 5 min for him to come out from back room He looked like he had just woke up. When i came back from being out about 10:30pm saturday evening the front door was locked. I rang the door bell after several minutes the night clerk came out of back room. I ask him why I couldn't get in. He told me i had to use the side door.i ask him where it was.hd pointed in the direction of the door. He acted like i was bothering him.

The toilet seat was falling off, I started sneezing as soon as I walked in the room. Worst place we have ever stayed in. Dirt and dust everywhere. Refrigerator door scrapes on the carpet. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves to align with this Super 8 hotel. We requested an accessible room and there was no room for a wheelchair.
