Hill Country Inn & Suites - New Braunfels, Gruene

Shower is good if you are 5 feet tall or shorter. Bed was lumpy on one side. Mini fridge froze everything put in it. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Next door room music was loudly playing until 3am every night and room was really dated with no microwave for an extended stay location. Breakfast was a disappointment as well.

On check-in in I found a dead bug and worse a live one that jumped up in the bed sheets. I then went to the bathroom and noticed yellow circles on the toilet rim I ended up paying for 2 hotels because I left and stayed at the La Quinta a few blocks away.

Fleas in room. Not a great breakfast. Disappointed

The hotel must have gotten a great photographer. While it was not bad, it was definitely not as good as the pictures showed. The Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall I have stayed in worse, but I've definitely stayed in better.

Stayed in room that had bad stain or something on carpet like vomit. Were forced to stay in handicap room stating that was all available with king bed. Booked this stay many weeks in advance

The pictures advertising this place were not the same views I saw at the hotel. It was a motel not a hotel. The bathroom was not as luxury as I thought it would be as what I saw in the pictures. I felt like I was scammed. The tv had no easy access to channels. The beds were comfortable. In the advertisement it said they had omelets and sausages for breakfast and it was only the waffle makers, muffins, and two different kinds of cereal. The coffee tasted horrible. The pool and spa was nice but I wanted the hotel not extended stay. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not stay there bc my husband did not feel I was safe by myself bc men were hitting on me. It was false advertisement.

Pictures were very deceiving. Overall was not as bad as it could have been. I should have researched better as it is an older hotel. Room smelled of smoke, had old mattresses, and was not the safest part of New Braunfels.

We were staying as a large group so we ended up with 6 rooms. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. I like to sleep in cold room and the blanket was a little thin for my liking but I didn’t ask for help with that… We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t speak to that.if the Ed arises I will stay again.
