Hill Country Inn & Suites - New Braunfels, Gruene

Staff was pleasant, however there were ants in the room and nothing was done to resolve the concern. We were unable to move to another room, due to capacity. Not the worst place we have stayed, however will not be returning.

Room was clean and cold .. wasn’t sure how to use the shower lol because instead of pulling up you have to pull down .. and frontdesk was awsome and didn’t make us feel awkward ..other then that luved the bed and clean sheets and no hair in the bathroom !!

Bed bugs and very dirty. Did not stay there I want my money back. I will be calling my credit card and desputing this

The staff was very friendly and professional. She had a difficult time with the customer ahead of me and she never stressed over it and continued to accommodate him accordingly. The only thing I would suggest is to have fresh coffee in the lobby area before 6:30am.

Had a very nice stay the only thing we didn't have was a microwave but over all very nice 👍

Older property, but don't let thst deceive you. Rooms exceptionally clean and staff were extremely courteous
