Took 4 times back and forth to get a keycard to open the room. Only two towels in the room. No hand soap. I had to go buy some. Asked the hotel and they had none. I tried to find another hotel but I was stuck. Everything booked. I asked for more towels she gave me one hand and bath towel. The floor hadn’t been swept in days. The worst part had to be when I was laying in bed on Saturday 9/21/24 at 11pm and worked up to pounding on the door. I looked out the peep hole and it was an employee from the front desk. He said I needed to go now to the front desk and show my ID. Because no one was assigned to this room. It made no sense. I called the front desk and said I was in bed and woken up like that. Very scary. I asked why would I need to come down there and he had no reason. I’m planning on contacting Red Roof inn HQ. Very very disappointing!

not proper description in your pictures. The place was dirty, smelly, and had roaches! Did not stay the night and booked another hotel. I am waiting for a refund from your website. Please take this hotel off your website, does not represent you very well.

Lots of dust and dirt. Vents were corroded. Tub had moldy grout. AC unit was ancient, noisy and did not cool the room.

Rooms were dirty , staff was not accomodating, multiple things in the room broke . No towels every time we asked. Second night our key didn’t work . Pubic hairs on the toliet , mold around the tub, no fridge in room . Shampoo was terrible . Room air broken and filter needed replaced . Asked to switch rooms but was told no they were full

If you are a UD parent do not stay here! It was disgusting! The room was gross, the towels looked dirty and the bathroom was filthy. There was a disgusting odor in our room from the industrial park located behind the motel. Uber drivers didn't want to pick us up or drop us off at this location. Our driver told us that this location is not a safe area.

Poor service, extremely dirty, we survived but will NEVER go there again. It needs to be inspected!!!!!!

Sleep was fine but could not shut bathroom door, no toilet holder or toilet paper and shampoo container was empty.

Checked in they had wrong credit card # said it was declined. Didn't even have the cc they said. Gave them my cc never got a receipt. Computers were down.every time we left our room we were locked out. Arrived Friday nite stayed till sun am. Early sun am I was in bed but awake. Heard the door open. I yelled woke my husband up 2 men were coming into our room. I yelled they left. I tried to use phone in the room didn't work I called front desk with my cell phone. They said oh we show that room was unoccupied. We were there from fri to Sunday. Tv did not work Safety latch on door was broke. Would never recommend this red roof inn to even my worst friend.
