Location for my event was excellent

Filthy, not clean, lock was broken, floor was dirty as was bedding, we only stayed one night of the three and left. That is how bad.

There were people bumming from us all night and coming up to our car asking us for drugs and we got locked out of our room because our card wouldn't open the door because the batteries in the door died and the guy working didn't have a clue what he was doing and couldn't get us back in the room for almost an hour so we were stuck outside.

It was okay for just a cheap overnight, but definitely a little iffy. It's in an odd place and people were very noisy all night. The room smelled like old cigarettes and only one bed had a comforter, which had holes in it. Overall the room seemed clean, but there were cigarette burns on the tub.

I have several pictures to verify but this room is beyond reproach. The lock on my door is held together with tape. And the top lock has nothing to anchor to. I slept with a chair against the door because I felt unsafe. There’s a significant breeze coming in because the door wont properly seal and the heater is broken. Both the display on the heater is broken and the unit itself will not turn on and I was freezing. I took sheets off the other bed to stay warm. There are also hairs everywhere and a dead bug on the floor. There is still trash from a previous occupant in the trash and no liner. This room is unsafe and uncomfortable and unclean and I want a refund.

I give this review with a grain of salt. The rooms are super cheap. In fact, we got two rooms cheaper than a single room at most hotels. We are not sure if our rooms were cleaned before we got in them. They weren't gross, just things like: hair in the shower, the TVs left on, stains in the sink, no towels, etc. As we walked to our room we noticed several other rooms with drapes drawn and left a mess. We assumed people were staying in them. However, they looked exactly the same the morning we left. It look like this was a nice hotel a few years ago and nothing is being done to maintain the property. Again super cheap, so we didn't expect much. Sadly, we were still disappointed.
