"Very bad to stay"

Room was smelly. Bed bugs on the bed. My back is full of kind of pimples. Very bad experience will never return. Nothing in breakfast aswell

"Cheap airport stay"

Bit old but clean rooms. Cheap airport option for a late arrival. Bonus to have breakfast included, if limited options.

"It was the worst expereince I've ever had with a hotel in decades!"

This was a terrible experience for me! I am very unhappy with my experience. I phoned your hotel and I got an unacceptable response from the person who answered my phone call. I was in a panic as I was lost. I called to ask for some support and assistance to find a solution with the hotel. I got a curt answer telling me as I booked online, the first time I've ever done this and my last, that my money can't be refunded and he couldn't help me. He was condescending and did not understand I wanted assistance not my money refunded! I was left to fend for myself in a city I didn't know after traveling for 10 hours by car from BC to Alberta! I had to eat the cost of my hotel and stay at another one! I will never use Super 8 again or this service and I will tell everyone I know how I didn't get any empathy or assistance. The leasson I learned to avoid this hotel and online booking cost me less $125! PAs well, I replied to the link given to me and recieved no response! Yet you send me a rating for a stay I never had but paid for. Pathetic!
