Super 8 by Wyndham Calgary/Airport

Good. Old but clean. A bit Noisy. Breakfast was very basic. No hot food. But for the price… it’s good.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de l'aéroport de Calgary, et dispose d'un service de navette, raison de notre choix. C'est loin d'être un palace, mais pour une nuit, c'est suffisant.

Le personnel n'est pas facile à comprendre et après 9 heures d'avion commander la navette n'a pas été simple. La navette est facturée 10$ pour venir vous chercher à l'aéroport, mais elle n'est pas facturée pour vous y ramener.

Just the location

The bed is with blood stain. Was deducted twice even i told the front desk that I already paid online. I informed again the front desk on the check out. I hope they will return the money on my credit.

The location and the receptionist

The food, the room, the staff (food server). From the start of the booking, they already know that 4 people are staying in that room. They only provided 2 towels, which we called reception to request for addtional, but was talled that housekeeping has gone home and will be given in the next day. Breakfast was the biggest factor. They only serve very few options, not even an egg. They should remind the server that she is working in a customer service industry.
