The housekeeping was amazing. Every morning she ventured into the hallway to greet us.

The elevators banged loudly as the doors closed. The continental breakfast was cold and coffee was absolutely terrible. 1 selection of fruit. One evening our toilet didnt have water flow. Once the initial flush, the tank never refilled. We had to fill the recycling container from the room in the bathtub and dump the water into the bowl after each use.

I have stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels many times across different locations, and my experiences have generally been positive. However, this particular stay was very disappointing. I booked a room for four adults, but upon arrival, the room was not properly prepared—there were not enough towels for all guests. When I approached the front desk to request additional towels, the receptionist was reluctant to assist and stated that the hotel is not responsible for preparing the room for four people, which was quite surprising given the booking. In addition, the breakfast offering was very limited and did not meet expectations. I also requested a microwave, but I was informed that there would be an extra charge for its use, which I found unreasonable.
