Great stay

Very clean

The place was disgustingly dirty. It was hyped online as a whirlpool in the room. It’s just a regular garden tub in the bathroom… The tub was covered in black mold, and red mold… There was no screen in the window. I couldn’t open the window, there was no battery in the smoke detector, I found a flea in the bed, there was hair everywhere on the floor in the bathroom and around the sink area, there were stains of brown stuff all over the pillowcases and the blanket. I took videos of everything.

The bathroom was dirty and had spiders. Stains on the duvet cover. Very thin walls, so it was quite noisy.

The room smelled of smoke, numerous flies, stain on the white blanket and mold around the tub. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available.

Our first room had a distinctive cat smell. We asked for another room and the front desk staff was visibly irritated by our request. Also indicated it was their last room so we couldn't move again if there was something wrong with the 2nd room. The 2nd room was not clean. Our feet were black after walking around 10 minutes. Mold on the wall where it looked like they fixed a plumbing leak. There was a spot of bird poop on the air conditioner. Perhaps a window was left open to air out while doing repairs. Towels were stained. New lamp shades still had the plastic on them - a fire hazard. The shower curtain was too short for the tub and the pole angles upwards, so the curtain fell to the middle each time it was adjusted. The was a lake of water on the floor after the shower. Breakfast was extremely limited. No protein offered. No napkins. A long line for the one waffle maker. The front desk also gave our room number out to someone who was not a hotel guest. They did not call our room first to see if it was okay. A safety issue. Another safety issue was the hallway door. It had a sign that said it was locked all the time and you had to use your key card. It was always unlocked. We haven't been disappointed by Super 8 or Wyndam in the past. We were not looking for fancy, just a place to sleep. But this location was dirty and had unsafe conditions. We were in town visiting family. We will not stay there again and we will tell our family to have other guests stay elsewhere.

Stay away!! Rooms are nasty and smell really bad!! Stains on bedding floor and walls. T.V. did not work had to go to the front desk 4 times before someone finally came to try to fix it. My daughter stayed here as well and her room was just as bad

It looks like there were many recent updates to the room. But the carpet was not clean and the pillow cases were dirty. We were in handicap accessible room. There was no way anyone with a disability come make it into the tub. It was way too high.
