Room coffee pot not working, lamp missing bulb, linen was clean but very old, a/c worked well, plumbing fixtures fairly new and working good.

Like new bed but no ice cantainer

When we arrived the TV didn't work, only one washcloth, the phone didn't work. I had to go back to front desk to let them know. They fixed TV but said the phones on the 2nd floor don't work. The bathtub was so dirty we could not take a shower during our visit. I had to ask for more coffee and they said you can come down to the lobby 24/7. Why have a coffee maker in the room?? The hallways smelled of an odor and the elevator floor had the same dirt in it for the 3 days we were there. I feel they are trying to do the absolute bare minimum. I also asked for a receipt and he said it would be on my email. It is not! I would like a receipt for my visit please.

blood on the bed and toilet, bloody boogers all over the walls. room smelled and was wet to the touch (bed and carpet). shower curtain was broken, spider webs hanging from the door frame of the bathroom. there were little gnats flying around the room. our stay was disgusting.

This location is convenient. However lacks general cleanliness, and maintenance. The first room had stained sheets and towels with holes in them, bugs in the bed I believe silverfish. The buffet was limited and not maintained, no paper towels only a Kleenex box. No television the staff said it would be restored at 6pm the day I was leaving.

The bed linen and comforter was terrible. All 3 beds were full of yellow stains, we questioned if the sheets were changed. Staff did come and change them. There was a musty type odor in the room that was terrible. We couldnt open the window because there was no screen. The tv did not work. Had to listen to two dogs running around in the room above.

No smoke detectors, dirty stained pillows and bedding, room was damp. No blankets, no TV or wifi the second day, no elevators.

I left a small sewing bag behind and housekeeping didn't turn it in . When I contacted the hotel, staff was not helpful in trying to help me retrieve it. I'm sorry because my granddaughter lives there now. I will seek out a different hotel.

The property cancelled my reservation at 3 pm the day of my scheduled stay. Apparently because I had used some of my Expedia points to pay for $10 of the stay.

Room was quiet, bed okay. Selection at breakfast was extremely limited. Electric Outlet by sink didn’t work. Sink did not drain. Towels and the one washcloth were dirty. Washcloth had 3 holes in it. Room had funny odor. Check in clerk was okay.
