Super 8 by Wyndham Forrest City AR

The owner was rude. He wouldn't give me money back for the room that had bed bugs. It was mold in the room. The tiles had hair on them.

Room 113 had bed bugs and the owner claimed that he sprayed for bed bugs. He refused to give me my money back. He also tried to give me a room up stairs 213. The air conditioner was laying on the floor.

Room and hotel were run down. Refrigerator didn’t work. Phone was pulled from the wall. Holes in the walls. Trim around the door was missing. Chain on the door was missing. AC didn’t work. Smelled of mildew. Overall a nasty room. Expected much more from a Wyndham property. No breakfast and the coffee was like warm at best

My "go-to" hotel is usually Super8. But I was highly disappointed in this property. My first clue that this would not be good was the overwhelming "skunk" smell as soon as I approached the entrance. My brain was telling me to run, but at that point, I was locked in . The desk clerk was nice enough and was able to get me checked in quickly. Our room was on the second floor, but there was not an elevator. I have a bad knee and climbing stairs is difficult. The hand rail was so loose, I was afraid it would break. Our room was extremely hot as they had the a/c off, and it smelled horrible. It took hours for the room to cool down making it difficult to sleep. There was no smoke alarm, the security lock on the door was broken, and the toilet didn't flush right. But it was already 3am when we arrived and I was too tired to ask for a different room. Moral of the story: if your gut is telling you to run, then RUN!

The bed smelled of pee which made the room stink and the covers and sheets smelled of pee my child and I slept in chairs because of this …the lady at check in was absolutely wonderful

the staff was friendly and it was bug free

the lights didn't work or broken it smelled in hall way the room was hot when we walked in. the microwave was missing the glass. a whole in wall tried covering with microwave that was sitting on the night stand. tub was cracked and water pressure was awful. outlets didn't have covers. and it started storming next morning and the ceiling started leaking. the location was very spooky feeling. places patched on wall but never painted. smoke detector covered with plastic. back door wouldn't close floors got soaked with the storm next morning our room was located at back door. would sleep in car before staying here ever again. parking lot needed paved big wholes u had to dodge. nobody at front desk to check out had to leave key in basket so couldn't tell anyone about ceiling leaking. will never ever stay here again wasn't worth the $72 we paid
