Dirty room,dirty shower, no breakfast as promoted noisy air conditioner noisy refrigerator horrible all around conditions

There was no breakfast even though that was advertised. The place was very run down. Most of the room doors had damage as if people had tried to break in, in the past. The locks for the doors were in bad shape and falling off. We were given two rooms, one had an occupant already, then were given two new rooms. All three rooms we saw had door and lock damage. One of the rooms smelled like strong cigarette smoke even though it is non-smoking. The other had pieces of the bed frame lying under the window.

Advertized premium channels on tv but did not have nfl playoff game. Also, furniture was worn and shabby and a 1' x 4' wall panel fell down, exposing the the studs. We ended up not staying, even though we could not get our money back. Very disappointing.

Only found this facility because of the address online. Outside signs and parking lot lights were dark/burned out or not turned on. Only 2 or 3 cars there and could not even tell if it was open until we pulled up and could see someone at the desk through the window. Front door was broken (not a good first impression). Very sketchy but we asked to see a room and the young woman gave us a key to the room. It seemed clean and sufficient so we stayed. Bed was good, tv worked well, everything was clean, heater worked well and quietly, it was quiet (no traffic noise) however there also were not many people staying there......... but.......one of the locks was broken from the room door leaving screw holes and need for repainting, no battery in the smoke detector, no breakfast and no one on duty at the desk the next morning. Very hard to figure out what's going on and why they don't care to keep up the hotel. A few repairs, a few Christmas decorations, some paint....breakfast......it's a good facility and good location. Why let it sit there and decay when it could be a good alternative to higher priced hotels nearby??

Cheap price and by that they are not too clean. They don't have the up keeps as other hotel

Needs to be updated and I had a leak in bathroom had to put cup under to stop floor from being wet
