Super 8 by Wyndham Forrest City AR

The beds were hard. That alone messed my back up for a week. No continental breakfast. The refrigerator door dragged the carpet because it was missing parts to keep it level on the floor. No one was at the desk during the day. I got what I paid for I guess.

This property was loud and dirty, the smoke detectors had no batteries. There was no breakfast, or 24 hour coffee. Bad enough they gave us a refund. The carpet was filthy in the rooms and hall.

I liked the easy access to the interstate as well as many local businesses. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. Great night sleep in a very comfortable room.

Dirty rug, broken lamp, shower curtain rod falling off the wall, asked for hand towels and was told they don’t have them.

There was nothing to like about this property. The rooms were very filthy, dusty and they have rats. The staff were not very friendly. Upon arrival , I told him who I was he then started to look me up. He gave me a key. I went to the room it appeared that someone had sex and left their bodily fluids on the comforter. I reported to the front desk. He told me all the rooms are clean and I can pick another one. The next room had the biggest rat I had ever seen. He told me to pick another one I immediately called booking and left the property.

The entire property needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel Dear Super 8 by Wyndham Forrest City Arkansas, My family and I stayed at your hotel on May 2 and 4, 2025, occupying six rooms. I would like to bring to your attention several concerns we experienced during our stay. Firstly, it took over ten minutes for staff to greet us upon arrival. Additionally, the back and side doors were left wide open, which posed security concerns. Upon entering the rooms, we observed a strong odor of mold and cigarette smoke, and the floors appeared to have not been vacuumed. We also had to request the remote control for the television and an iron for our room. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned, and in one of the rooms, the hot water was unavailable. We also requested a chair to replace a broken one, and found that the refrigerator in one room was not functioning. The breakfast service was none, and the door handles did not operate properly. The carpets appeared to be in need of cleaning, and I was bitten by a spider during our stay. Considering the rate paid, we expected a more comfortable and well-maintained environment.
