Bathroom door handle falling off Horrible dirty smell Ceiling showing where water had leaked. Just grungy Not worthy of $120

There was some questionable stains. I wish I knew it was a homeless shelter before I booked but nonetheless stay was pretty good.

Terrible everything was baaad

Filthy. Iron burn marks in the carpet. Blood stains on the carpet. Chair was gross with writings of markers. Holes in the wall, water stains. If i could give 0 stars i would.

This place is terrible! I'm at the front desk checking in and I notice a sign posted that says "this property is transitioning back into a hotel after having been a shelter". That was a red flag and I should have stopped my check in based off of that alone but we had just arrived after a long drive, we were tired and late for an event; not to mention that it was graduation weekend and vacancies anywhere else were practically non existent by this time. So we head to the room and immediately walk back out. It was awful! The carpet was absolutely disgusting! There were gnats flying around the room. The linen was gross! The guy at the front desk was so nice! He immediately offered to reimburse my deposit and told me the plan is to renovate the property soon. They need to renovate BEFORE they convert back to a hotel. I wouldn't stay for free! When you're looking for hotels on third party sites, it should be required to note when a hotel is transitioning back into a hotel after having served as a temporary shelter. Customers should be allowed full transparency so they can make educated decisions and not be deceived at check-in. I realize this is a budget motel and yes, I was looking for budget, but the condition of the room was completely below standard!

I booked 2 hotel rooms at the hotel through Hotels.com. When I got there the hotel said my reservation was for one room only!!! I had to find another more expensive hotel.

THE CARPET IN THE ROOM VERY OLD THE WALK TO THE ROOM WAS VERY LONG

We booked two rooms. When we first walked in to the first room, there was a spider on the wall, the toilet didn’t flush there was no chair for the desk and no mirror in the bathroom plus a strong smoke odor. When we opened the second room, there was a cockroach on the floor and a cockroach climbing up the wall in the bathroom. They were cockroaches and spiders in both rooms. The mattresses were so dirty and yellow. When we asked the young lady to clean our room, she said she did not speak English, but said “oh my god” under her breath and told us that she didn’t have us under her assignment. I killed at least five cockroaches and two spiders in just 1 of the rooms in our two day stay. They ended up switching us to another room because they could not fix the toilet but let me just say that any room you go in will have cockroaches and bugs. Beware.
