Quality Inn Chicopee - Springfield

No elevator to upper floor. Stairwell dirty and steps broke, hallway very hot. Ice machine was broke. Room had stains on rug, bathroom tub was old and stained. chairs in room fabric was very stained and crumbs on the sides of the arms.

Much different than the other Quality Inn, while it has nicer furniture; the bathroom and overall bedroom looked dated and worn

The saying “You get what you pay for” describes how my experience here was and this case you even get extra for free! Example ROACHES! I walked in the “lobby” area it was very hot no AC then I see that there wasn’t an empthen you see a note that says “Ring the bell and we will be right with you” (I’m not sure what it said exactly word for word) well.. I did that 3 times over 35 minutes and in the time two or three other people had arrived and were waiting & they too also rang them bell. Finally someone comes walking down the hallway (this employee was the only one there who wasn’t rude along with one other female)

Not greatest room but good enough for one night

The room we were first put in was disgusting. The floors were nasty. The baseboards were falling off. The ceiling was crumbling. We switched rooms and it was not much better. The plumbing was not working great. The sink and the shower didn’t drain well. It took the shower about an hour to drain down the tub. Not to mention the awful beds. Would not recommend this place.

It could be great with a little care and an overseer for housekeeping. Terrific location, excellent price, decent breakfast.

To much lighting for my liking. Other than that very good.

Great, clean

We had to change rooms fridge plug was broken. Went to take a shower and there was no water. Refrigerator was full of water. It was defrosted and unplugged. Door was hard to close. Remote for tv had 2 volumes 27&38.there was no way to lower the volume To loud. Looked like blood splatter on lamp shade between the beds. Dirty chair crap between arm rest. Only good thing was the bed and pillows.

My experience was horrible when i came in the roaches scattered around and it stinkked like pee
