Delavan Inn and Suites

The ease of location, I did not like the smell of the room - the cleaning agent they used smelled like pickles. I have asthma so it was hard to breathe.

Did't care to much for the breakfast! I expected to see eggs and sausages, but it was all sweets. I'm diabetic, can't have sweets. overall the Hotel was okay.

Room service! I wanted my room cleaned and was told they had no one to clean our room :( I'm sure they could have made an exception but chose not to :(

Very average. I paid more than I think it was worth, but that's been happening all summer. The room was very damp and musty smelling - otherwise it was fine.

We booked for 2 nights. We were allowed one wash cloth, one bath towel and one hand towel each for two days. One small bar of soap. Two coffee packets for 2 days, only one regular. Had to ask for more at the desk. I guess this would be considered eco- friendly, seemed stingy. Desk personnel were accommodating.

I is in a good location but definitely needs some mantainance.

The staff were rude and they don’t clean the rooms very often. The rooms are also old and need some cleaning and work on. The only kind person was an American guy who helped us with the check out.

No extra pillows and no extra comforter I got charged extra person but don’t get the extra necessities for the extra person would like a refund for that extra person overall breakfast could use a upgrade it was not overall good
