Delavan Inn and Suites

Okay. Not good not bad

I liked how it was cheaper than lake Geneva properties

A little run down Room could have been a little cleaner

Surrounded by food and gas within walking distance

The hotel is run down, tiles falling off the walls in the lobby, the microwave in the room was at least 30 years old, didn't spin the plate, was found unplugged because the light and fan wouldn't turn off. The tv was held up by two different brackets causing it to be crooked, also the cable service was terrible, skips and freezes every couple seconds making it unwatchable. The furniture in the room at one point broke and they fixed it by ripping the rest of the doors/drawer faces off. The breakfast was laughable, at best. They gave us one set of the mini soaps for two people. The sheets were terrible, no comforter, just a paper thin flat sheet, an itchy super thin blanket, and a decorative sheet on top that felt like cardboard. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Dirty and run down.

Cost for the room was reasonable. They are still working on upgrades though. Room was clean. I believe the hotel used to be a Super 8.

Furniture really beat up, which they are aware of and working on the upgrades still.

Staff was very friendly. Our room was extremely clean. I would definitely stay again.
