Low cost stay

Outdated inside and out

Our bed wasn’t even made when we got our room and obviously hadn’t been cleaned and was dirty. The staff was non-existent after check in and my 10 year old son was very rudely told that there would be no more towels even though there were only 2 sets in the room for 5 people. The manager, a female, flew over from juneau to Sitka and pretty much threatened my 13 yo and 10 yo sons to “kill them” if they disturbed her. We didn’t know she worked there until we checked in. That was horrible in itself! I will NEVER recommend this place especially at the amount of money we paid for our short 3 night stay. $265 a night for filth and rudeness. Nope! Never again!

I liked it all and everyone was nice

We stayed here because we arrived late and our booked hotel was out of room and took us here because it was a sister hotel with availability. The hotel was not very nice despite the $293 price. The man at the front desk was not friendly. Breakfast was very minimal. Will not stay here again.

This is an older property, formerly a Hotel 6. There is no elevator.

Someone had laid in our bed and manager did not want to change out the sheets. No soap for taking a shower or washing one’s hands. Keys continually failing. Faulty door handle. Only one outlet useable. No housekeeping services.

Very outdated and dirty. The key cards for our room expired every day. The continental breakfast was a box of Cheerios and some English muffins. Shuttle to and from the airport was great but the property and staff were not great. I would not stay here again.

The front desk was awesome! Just to set expectations, it is an old Super 8, so expect Super 8 quality. The AC/heater unit had broken slats and something all over it. The picture on the small TV was dark and hard to see. Our room was on the first floor facing an “empty” lot and main road. In the lot was a bike rental trailer, 2 food trucks and a tented eating area so we were never able to keep our curtains open. The free breakfast is extremely basic - toast, English muffin and instant oatmeal available.
