We had to get own towels, sheets and other! No service and told we could buy breakfast down the street at the store. Did not have right type of room for 3 people and wanted to charge extra for roll away bed when we had request a room for 3 adults

Staff was Excallent. You can pretty much walk to most places

The room was on the first floor with a poor/no view. Looked at the back of a food truck.

Cleanliness would be. 0/5 stars if possible.

TV is tooo small

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.

I stayed for 9 days, visiting my daughter who is stationed at the Coast Guard station. Room was comfortable and clean. I asked for a couple of extra pillows and a blanket and was given them right away. Everyone at the front was very helpful, nice and always cheerful. The hotel is in a great location to almost all areas of Sitka. We ordered a taxi every now and then, but walked to most locations from the hotel. Fridge and microwave in room were both used and worked perfectly.

The hotel is on the older side but the place was clean. Everything is within walking distance (I walked from airport to hotel in 35 minutes while observing beautiful the area). Good enough place to rest and relax after exploring the area. Breakfast: Coffee, oatmeal packets, cereal, fruits, biscuits. Staff: Very helpful and courteous I would definitely stay there again.
