Hotel Express

The television had more channels than most, and the bed wad comfortable with decent pillows. Weren't able to use the pool due to social distancing lockdown, but looked nice. The only issues were the phones not working, some outlets not working, and some outlets needed repair. Overall, a pleasant stay, and great staff.

Peaceful & scenic views

VERY friendly. Outside of facility was very clean. The size of the room was surprising. We had a double bed room and still had space for a couch and small coffee table. I was thrilled to see the fridge was not tiny and it was also cold and worked well. The last 2 places I’ve stayed, the fridge was barely cool. It’s a great choice for the price. NO bed bugs nor roaches. It’s was clean. The tv was a little dusty but that’s all. If in the area again I will use the same place. Did I mention Extremely nice, Cheerful staff.

Aside from the staff being attentive to my needs the facility was in good shape.

Nice and quiet and very clean. Love parking right outside my door. Great wi-fi and Direct TV with loads of channels. The decor leaves much to be desired. It was a mish-mash of color and styles including pictures hung way above eye level. Bedding could use an upgrade and more pillows would have been nice. My biggest complaint is the lack of accessible outlets for charging my electronica. Great price, though.

Manager is absolutely awful, his wife is atrocious too. I was yelled at twice for ridiculous reasons, I put a honey bun from the "continental breakfast" in my pocket for my wife who slept through the emberassment of a meal they try to hide during the earliest hours of the morning and he lost his mind. Like I stole his wedding ring or something. I mean seriously? A honey bun. The other time was because my room had an alarm clock in it that was 30 minutes slow, I didn't compare it to my phone when I checked in last night at 10 o clock, I just set an alarm and went to sleep. The manager openly admits that he knew the clock was wrong and still tells me it's my fault I wasn't out by 11 and I checked out 15 minutes late. On top of the fact the staff are incredibly rude, you arent allowed ANY visitors. Not one. When I call the continental breakfast a joke I mean it was sad. It consisted of:. 1 half loaf of white bread for the entire hotel, About 10 pre packaged honey buns, and cereal. Your choice of frosted flakes or fruit loops. To drink: whole milk, Tampico labeled as orange juice, and an unrecognizable brand of apple juice blend. No coffee brewed, no fruit, the only thing continental about it was the lack of effort put into it. I never write reviews but WOW, I had to do something...

Bathroom had a bad scent. It needed a more thorough cleaning. There were bugs entering the room. Carpet was old and stained. Sheets were clean. Overall it’s an Ok motel to stay at a budget especially if staying for long periods of time. Safe area. Laundry facility on site was very helpful.

It took our family twenty minutes to get to location fromI I-20. For the price, room was adequate. We were able to rest up and prepare for the next day;s travel so room served it;s purpose
