Great staffing
USAwful! We called after 11pm, knowing we couldn’t keep driving. They stated it was open and took my money to reserve the room. Arrived moments later and NO ONE was at the front desk! Called reservations, they called and called front desk as well. No one. THEY WONT REFUND ME! States bc arrival was after 11PM. That’s why I called before hand!? My call was after 11pm! This is criminal. Do not go here!
The people at the front desk were wonderful
The staff was very helpful. I had quite a few things in my hands and they helped carry some of the stuff so that I could get to my room.
A/C controls not functional. No hot water in lavatory. Water control in tub wasa backwards. towel rack fell off. Pillows were really poor. Total discomfort made sleep impossible. Breakfast was a joke. Desk clerk was absent.
Carpets and stairwell were very dirty. Lots of junk and some garbage amassed outside at back door guest entrance. My rooms bathroom was dirty wirh hair and grime on the base boards. TV in room would not turn on. Very thin ceiling could hear every little movemoents of guests upstairs all night. Whole building downstairs smelt musty.
Rude Staff ! Motel looks nothing like the Websites . Stained bed.

What are you doing taking peoples money double the price The stay is worth only 25bucks did not sleep in the room use the bathroom and tv just to relax from my drive across country I sleep in my truck because I couldn’t sleep in a place that looked like this
If I could give this place negative stars I would. My skin itches just from thinking about my stay. It’s a stinky, dirty terrible place. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property! Stay at the baymont, the econolodge, your car parked at the loves gas station down the road. Hell, you could even stay at the trailer the front desk person lives at that’s parked in the parking lot. My bed was broken, there was dried blood underneath the mattress, there wasn’t even a sheet or mattress protector on the bed, just a fitted sheet. The sheets were stained and the bathroom filthy and holes in the wall. All for the low price of 86 dollars. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
