Super 8 by Wyndham Belen NM

The property was very unclean. Would not return. Staff member at counter was not friendly. Granted it was 11:30 at night, but that’s why your there.

Undergoing remodeling is a hard time for guests, but I could understand that. However, I was first put in a room that was unmade up. The room that I next moved to was marginally better, but still pretty rough. There was no coffee or to go breakfast. As a older person with mobility and Low Blood Sugar issues this was particularly difficult as I had to leave to find sometbing to help me. Overall with torn up carpets and no carts for luggage and no food for the same price I paid the next night for a goid hotel 15 miles further... I have to say it was not a good experience. The only plus was I was allowed a late checkout.

Came here to visit my family for a funeral we had. Front desk was very cheerful and got us everything we needed. My parents are old so we need a room that was close to an entrance on the first floor which was not a problem. They arent serving breakfast right now, but its hit or miss with a lot of hotels these days. Lots of good food options near by and not too far from the highway. Housekeepers are friendly and they keep the rooms smelling and looking fresh.

Loved my experience at this hotel. They are working on the property, and it was easy to overlook the old nature of the building as the front desk and housekeeping were very down to earth and accommodating. Our car broke down and they helped us with the whole situation and let us stay later because the car wasnt ready yet. They really know the area and definitely have a good sense of food in New Mexico.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Belen, NM the night of April 1, 2022. The room cost $151 for two people and one dog. If the floor was vacuumed, it was only in the high traffic areas. There was visible dirt and debris around the edges. Only readily visible surfaces has been dusted. The dresser that doubles as the tv stand has so much dust you could have drawn a detailed picture in it. The same could be said for the cubbies in the dresser. Only the front half of each one was dusted. There were no lights by the bed. The box that contained the outlet next to the bed was covered with dust as thick as the other spots. This amount of dust does not happen over night. It’s also advertised a breakfast. They weren’t serving this because of covid. The Super 8 in Socorro was still serving breakfast as were two hotels we stayed at in Santa Fe during Christmas travels. It had the only vacancy in town and if I hadn’t been so tired after a long day of travel I would have driven farther.

We were given a room that probably shouldn't have been occupied. It look like a crime scene. Television didn't work. No telephone in the room. Huge blood stain on the carpet. Blood drops in the restroom. Checked in and checked right out. Didn't wanna stay any longer in this motel. Never given a room this horrible ever.

Room was very cold with heat off on my arrival. Heater in poor condition and very noisy. Limited furniture. No blanket in room. Stained upholstery. Very old deteriorated built -ins.

One night stay We had a pleasant stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Belen NM. When we first got to our room. Place was very clean & welcoming. Staff was very nice & I had no issues. I would definitely stay here again!!!

100% recommend and would stay again! I am picky and like nice clean hotels.  Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful! Great location we enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much Super 8 By Wyndham Belen NM.
