Frist all no Breakfasts service hotel smell like alot of smoking Cigarettes even if we were in the nonsmoking area room...and the pillows were stain...thus is my real honestly and back of the building of hotel trashy 😒....

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It is in terrible shape and is absolutely disgusting!! I hope someone reads this and it deters them from staying. I was in a rush when I scheduled it and did not read reviews. I was actually afraid for my and my son’s life. In addition to prostitutes, pimps, drug addicts, and a man hacking up a tree stump with an ax at midnight, the carpet in the lobby was completely black with dirt. I am incredibly disappointed that this hotel is an option on hotels.com and do not understand why it has not been condemned. Because I paid through hotels.com, I could not get my money back. After all I witnessed outside and in the lobby, we actually left and found a truck stop and slept in our car. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

Terrible place it's smelled of smoke but was told it was non smoking I had to buy air freshener the night staff rude. I hit my ankle twice on a bar from under the bed I told staff and nothing was done rooms definitely do not look as they appear in photos. Homeless people staying right outside of hotel. Some kids outside asking for money. Couldn't sleep much worrying my car would be broken into. And when I left hotel for family function I took my suitcase and belongings with me. Also when I got there the room did look as if the beds had been made bought a couple of blankets to put on the beds so I wouldn't have to sleep on the blankets on the bed

Rooms are so extremely dirty only stayed in the room for 2 hours and had to leave couldn’t sleep in bed was cleaning those 2 hours I was in the room, burn marks, bullet or peep holes in the walls , bugs, dried crusty milk in drawers stains everywhere

They would not let me have my room

First of all, we made and paid for our reservation on line, When we got there, we had to pay full price because it "wasn't " found; we have bank statement to prove it. We never got a refund. Second, we found the TV on and the bed undone as we walked into the room. It was very filthy; dirty sinks, towels and no toiletries. We asked for another room which was also dirty with toothpaste in the sink and wet floors. We decided to stay anyway because it was late and we were tired. We tried getting a refund for our online reservation but were told there was no manager available at the time, that they would contact us later that day, never called us.

This hotel was beyond filthy. The carpeting was sticky, the sheets were dirty, paint was peeling, the smoke detector was hanging loose from the ceiling.

filthy, bad area, needed to be condemned, worse place i have stayed in 40 years of traveling

The staff was awesome. Carpet needed better vacuuming. No frills just great sleeping. Nice temperature control. Very comfortable.
