Everything is okay

Liked Location and the views. Liked the lobby area cute facilities. Breakfast is good. I believe the staff can smile a bit more. Also, the room was "Open " when I reached. Sheets were dirty a bit an drawer had some trash from previous guests. So basically they can do better cleaning job.

Breakfast could be improved

We walked into our room and noticed it was recently remodeled!! New carpet and an amazingly comfortable bed!!

Love that the hotel was rright next to the lake and reasonably affordable, the hot tubs were not hot at all though .. still a good place stay!

We were moved from 1st room because toilet did not work. Sheets were nearly falling off the bed, standard size pillowcases on king size pillows...one was inside out! The people next to us checked in at the same time. They also had to be moved from 1st room because their bed had no sheets!

Super easy and friendly check-in. 1/3 of light bulbs in the room and on the property were burned out. Window was super dirty. Mattress smelled, no extra TP, the toilet brush holder was a gas station soda cup, hot tub room floor has not been cleaned in who knows how long… staff was very friendly though. First impression was great, but the overall state of maintenance was subpar.

The room was very outdated and dirty. It smelled like smoke and pee. We didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet and the bedding was questionable. It worked for one night when we were so tired and just needed to crash, but I wouldn't stay again unless they have some more updated and clean rooms. The price is on the lower side for the area, but I still paid 150$. It felt more like a budget 70$ motel.

Granted, the hotel is a little outdated but it was quite comfy, easy access to breakfast room and ice. Within walking distance of a few convenience stores, Dollar General and access to interstate.
