Check in went well until they put us in a room that was already occupied. They did find us another room. The hotel could definitely use some updating.

Rooms are very dated. First room reeked of cigarette smoke and we were moved after complaining. Desk clerk was very nice but room dusty- air conditioner blew dust when turned on, soap scum on bathtub from previous guest. Electrical outlets did not work on one wall and the refrigerator had to be unplugged for the tv to be plugged in.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but we weren’t expecting fancy. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.
